These terms are issued by ENZOHAIR Products and are effective from 1st August, 2015. They cover the use of our websites – ENZO HOLISTIC, ENZO SPA As well as any ENZOHAIR online sites/ pages accessible from these websites. Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Please read these terms carefully – if you need to refer to them again they can be accessed from the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of our Home page.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. ENZOHAIR does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage, which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

ENZOHAIR reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, ENZOHAIR makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.

2. Ordering goods from us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order e.g. An optional gift message for gift cards, option to Join our site/register, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to limit the number of one item customers can purchase in a single transaction.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order. We will take payment from you at check out stage via secure ‘Payment Express,’ an online payment gateway system.

3. Refusing or cancelling orders

In the unlikely event that the products ordered are not available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of our products is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

All prices listed on ENZOHAIR and ENZO SPA websites are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and any in-store pricing may differ.

6. Website and credit card security

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, via Payment Express secure payment gateway. Whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.

7. Delivery and delivery changes

At this time, we only deliver to residential addresses. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Please note that a signature is required for all courier deliveries unless you specifically request signature not required at check out. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 business days at info@enzohair.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our Courier Company or Postal service. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our Courier Company or Postal service provider that delivery was not successful.

8. Delivery period

Delivery lead-time for products may vary. For New Zealand orders please allow up to 3 days.

Deliveries to rural addresses and some countries may take longer – 5 – 14 days. You will receive an email that confirms your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful Courier delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email.

9. Returns

While the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws providing you peace of mind

We want you to be happy with your ENZOHAIR products. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us on receipt of your order.

Faulty products / wrong product/order received

We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. All products supplied by ENZOHAIR are vigorously tested to international standards. They are checked at the time of shipping to ensure the products you have ordered are in perfect condition before they leave our warehouse. However, as with any produced products, there will always be the probability that a tiny percentage may exhibit a fault once unpacked or at time of use. We will accept the return of any such product and offer a replacement or refund.

If you have received the wrong product or order please contact us info@enzohair.co.nz at the time of receiving, so we can fix this error, arrange a replacement product or order.

However Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. How to return a product

If you would like to return a faulty product or incorrect order purchased on-line then please contact us via email: info@enzohair.co.nz to arrange this. Make sure you include your order details.

Please note: If you have purchased goods online and you want to return them to a ENZOHAIR Concept or Pop up store, you must take a print-out of your order confirmation Email into the store. You will receive a refund for the product but not the delivery fee.

11. Accessing our service

Other than connecting to The ENZOHAIR or ENZO SPA websites by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to ENZOHAIR or ENZO SPA website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on The ENZOHAIR websites. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.

Our websites are intended to provide helpful information for people about our ENZOHAIR products, including making purchases of our products via our website and registering on our database to receive information and promotional e-mails from us.
